ABOUT GPAC

The Gateway Pioneer Athletic Conference (GPAC) represents the collective interest of 14 athletic programs across Arizona. Established to provide structure and leadership, the conference develops and administers policies that guide student activities and uphold the values of its member institutions. GPAC believes that a strong program of intercollegiate athletics and students activities play a vital role in the total development of each student. 

OUR VISION

Participation fosters discipline, teamwork, sportsmanship, and fair play - virtues that students not only competition, but for lifelong success. GPAC is committed to creating opportunities for student-athletes through fair and ethical competition, promoting both institutional pride and individual growth. By working together, GPAC member colleges ensure that athletics and student activities serve as an extension of the educational mission, enriching the overall student experience.

The mission of the GPAC is to foster intercollegiate athletics and student activities that provide equitable opportunities, uphold the highest standards of ethics and fair play, and support the educational goals of its member institutions at both the state and national level.
